Erick Iglesias Rodríguez, better known in the Cuban music scene as Cimafunk, is a singer, composer and producer who came to the capital in search of a dream: to make music. Born in the province of Pinar del Río, he began to sing in the Baptist Church, later venturing into reggaeton, until he got fully into the trova.

David Torrens, Liuba María Hevia, Hoyo Colorao, Los Boys and Interactivo have been platforms in the career of this young man. This singular artist is nourished by the music of the Americans James Brown, George Clinton and Prince, Al Green, Bill Withers and the Cubans Benny Moré, Bola de Nieve and Juan Formell. Cimafunk has developed an audience that listens and follows him, he does not stop the march, does not think of resting until he positions himself in the Cuban music scene.
